NEW POLICY
Any customers that order over the internet or on the telephone will be required to provide the CVV2 code from their credit card.

The CVV2 code is an added security feature which is widely used on the internet to prevent credit card fraud.
On American Express cards, the 4-digit code is located on the front of the card.
On VISA and MC, the code is the last 3 digits which appear on the back of your card, typically near the signature line.

Conditions of sale :

All items, unless otherwise noted above, are sold in as-is condition. Check packages when received and file all damage claims with UPS or carrier immediately. Please verify stock prior to ordering all merchandise. We will only ship what is available. We do not substitute equipment without your specific permission. All returns require prior authorization. All returns subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Our return policy:

All purchases are sold in as-is condition as items were made prior to 1990 as it can cost more to repair classic cameras than they cost to purchase. We price items with that in mind and list any faults that we see or find on our listings. Authorized returns (those sold with prior return authorization) are charged a 20% restocking charge upon return. All authorized returns must be returned to us within 48 hours of receipt. All shipping charges (in and out) are not refundable. Refunds are processed in the same method that payment is made.

Payment policy:

We accept, Visa/MasterCard/Discover without minimum purchase and without additional charges. We accept American Express with a minimum purchase of US$250.00 and without any additional charges. The CVV2 code will be required to place an order via credit cards. All credit card orders must be initally submitted via our secure web order forms. We accept PayPal without any additional charges. We also accept ONLY U.S. Postal Money Orders and International MP-1 Postal Money Orders. We do not accept off brand money orders or personal checks.
